The William G. McGowan Charitable Fund lives by a set of values and a code of conduct that guide the Fund's governance and operations. The Board of Directors determines the mission and strategy of the Fund, and oversees the finances, operations, and policies set forth by the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Committee Charters.
